Who we are

ClaytonK Media is a creative studio in Perth, Western Australia. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@claytonk.media.

What we collect

When you start a chat, we collect your name, email, reason for contacting us, any company name you provide, your privacy acknowledgement, optional newsletter preference and conversation. Enquiry and printing forms also collect the project details and contact information you choose to provide. Basic technical information is used to operate the website and limit misuse. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information through chat or forms.

Helping with your enquiry

We use your information to answer questions, prepare or discuss quotes, manage enquiries and follow up with you. Clayton may contact you about your enquiry even if your message is brief or you leave a chat before finishing. We save chat transcripts with the enquiry. If your email matches an existing contact, or you identify an organisation you represent, we may link the enquiry to the relevant customer record. A match does not verify your identity or grant access to that customer’s information.

Automated chat and service providers

Chat provides automated assistance. Clayton reviews requests that need a personal response, pricing, booking or timing confirmation. We use service providers for website hosting, communications, automated message processing and storing enquiries. They may process information outside Australia. Your messages are processed to provide the chat service; avoid sharing information that is not needed for your enquiry.

Newsletter and promotional emails

Newsletter signup is separate from enquiry follow-up. We add your details to the promotional mailing list only when you choose the newsletter option. It is optional when starting a chat or sending an enquiry. We record your choice, the signup source, date and notice wording. You can withdraw promotional consent at any time by emailing hello@claytonk.media with “Unsubscribe”, or by using the unsubscribe link in a promotional email. Withdrawing promotional consent does not stop replies about an enquiry or existing work.

Storage and retention

The temporary website chat session expires after 24 hours. Your contact details and saved conversation remain in our enquiry records so Clayton can follow up and manage the work. If delivery is interrupted, the conversation is queued until it can be saved. Enquiry and consent records are kept for as long as needed for these purposes and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. We restrict access to the systems used to hold these records.

Access, correction and concerns

You can ask what personal information we hold, request a correction or deletion, withdraw newsletter consent, or raise a privacy concern by emailing hello@claytonk.media. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and handle your request. Some records may need to be retained to complete work or meet recordkeeping obligations.
